This is mostly about older podcasts from Ancient Faith Radio, but still worthwhile listening too.

Earlier this year Fr. Tom Hopko spent some time in Albania teaching at the seminary. During this time, he interviewed several people in Albania about missions and the life of the Albanian Church.

Part 1 is an interview with Archbishop Anastasios of Albania about the current life of the Albanian Church, and how the archbishop got and is involved.

Part 2 is with OCMC missionary Nathan Hoppe, mostly about what it means to be a long-term missionary.

Part 3 is with new long-term missionary Pamela Anastasia Barksdale and three short-term missionaries.

Part 4 is with two local Albanians who are serving the Church in various ways.

Fr. Steven Tsichlis, pastor of St. Paul’s Greek Orthodox Church in Irvine, CA, has been interviewed twice. Once by Fr. Tom Hopko, here, about his church’s involvement in missions, local and international. And secondly by Kevin Allen about St. Paul’s building a church in Tanzania, found here.

Lastly, a bit more tangentially related to missions, Fr. Meletios of the Monastery of St. John of Shanghai (Manton, CA), touches on a few aspects of the Orthodox Church in the Netherlands and Belgium in his podcast here.
